As an independent agent serving Cambuslang, Rutherglen, East Kilbride, Hamilton, Blantyre and the surrounding districts we know your area well and deal directly with you and your prospective buyer/ renter to make the process of selling, buying or renting property an easier one.

How do you differ from Traditional Estate Agents?

Unlike the traditional Estate Agents we do not have a shop or a presence on the high street but I find that once my clients understand that almost 90% of all sales and rentals properties in the UK where first researched by potential buyers and renters online, then the fact that we do not pay for an empty shop on the high street doesn't really matter. In fact, because of the lack of overheads I am able to offer a more competitive rate to my clients.

How do you differ from Online Agencies?

Online estate agents tend to advertise your property and offer additional services from within their website. You don't meet them! They do not meet your prospective buyers/renters and any negotiations and viewings are left up to you.
We do meet you and your prospective buyers/renters plus do all your viewings and negotiations, just like a traditional estate agent.

Whats your opening times?

Another bonus of not having a shop means we can work when needed. This makes it easier for you to get hold of us and for us to arrange viewings and liaise with your potential buyers / renters out of hours.
We do not work 9-6pm like most other agencies. We work as and when is needed by you to complete the agreement on your property.
