From a landlords prospective, on instructing us as your letting agent, your property will be advertised on the major property portals including Rightmove, on our website and on our social media pages, giving your rental property great exposure to prospective tenants.
Upon your instructions we can obtain references from prospective tenants, carry out credit checks, arrange inventories, property checks, end of tenancy cleans etc.
Security deposits are also required from tenants and will be arranged by us via one of our deposit scheme partners. Rental insurance packages are also available should you need them.
